Fostering well-being throughout Team FCSS

The Office of the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools is dedicated to cultivating a workplace culture that prioritizes the well-being of all FCSS employees. Through the Employee Wellness Program, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive resources and opportunities in order to foster employees’ physical, emotional, intellectual, and occupational wellbeing.

Our aim is to create an environment where every team member feels valued, energized, and equipped to reach their full potential.  We want every employee to feel supported in their journey of healthy living, so that they are able to provide the best services and education possible to the students of Fresno County.
